May Update

Greetings! Apologies for not updating the site in the last couple of months. Now that we're back, we have great news. The album is almost finished, and will hopefully be streaming here in its entirety sometime in July. It will also be available for purchase in certain music stores (which we will list here, as well) in Maryland, D.C., Philadelphia, and New York. The sequence isn't set in stone, but here are the songs for your reading enjoyment:

In other news, Dash Eight will be appearing, live on Seacrets Radio, WOCM 98.1FM, on Memorial Day at 6 pm. If you are outside of the listening area, they broadcast online at irieradio.com. We'll be playing two or three songs on the air and the show will be hosted by Skip Dixxon. Tune in if you can, and, if you want, call WOCM and request us to be played more often.

Also, if you live in D.C. or Annapolis, we'll be playing the Eastport-A-Rockin' Festival on June 24th. A lot of great bands will be playing, and we hope to see you there.

Lastly, thanks to everyone who visits us at our MySpace site (www.myspace.com/dasheight). We'll have a few new songs up there, as soon as they're ready.

Listen to D8 Interview on WRNR!

We'd like to thank everyone who listened to the Dash Eight interview on Michael Buckley's show this past Sunday on Annapolis' WRNR 103.1. For those of you who missed it, we are providing it here, on the webpage, in it's entirety, for download. We'd like to thank Michael for the great interview and SUPERB sound he got for the in-studio performance, we couldn't be more proud of our first live radio show. If you've got the time, check out the interview, as we play two new acoustic versions of songs off the album. Please feel free to email us and let us know if we sounded like complete dorks.
